Room Rates (Monthly based upon financial and care needs)
  • Base Room: $ 3,011-3,649
  • Oversized Room: $3,111.-3769
  • Suite: $4,227-4,865  (Two rooms, plus private full bath)

Admission Fee $1,500 (Refundable if not admitted)

Additional Room Hold Fee of $1,000. per month for up to 2 months

(if longer than 2 months, the regular rent will be charged and due by the fifth of each month that room is being held and is non-refundable.)

  • Building maintenance staff – On-site hours M-F / On-call hours: 24/7
  • Activities coordinator, chef, cook, dining room attendant, administrative assistant, housekeeper, executive director
