Gift Giving / Legacy
A Tradition since 1874
As a non-profit charitable organization, Prospect Place remains committed to its longstanding tradition of offering financial support to qualified residents. It was the vision of the founders from the Unitarian Ladies Sewing Society and friends who gave many gifts to build a home dedicated to the comfort and care to those who would come to be residents. From that time to the present, Prospect Place has benefited from the generosity of individuals and groups that support our mission.
Why my gift is important
Charitable gifts help our community to be stronger financially, more affordable, and more responsive to the needs of our residents. Being a not-for-profit organization allows Prospect Place to concentrate on residents first, reinvesting all of our resources back into what’s most important.
What gift is best for me and prospect place?
Whether it is through a memorial donation to remember a loved one, or an annual gift that supports operations, current and future residents benefit from your support!
Gifts in Memory or Honor memorialize a loved one or honor a special birthday or event.
Annual Fund Gifts provide support for the current operating budget and allow Prospect Place to be responsive to immediate and unexpected changes and needs.
Designating my gift
You may designate a specific use for your gift. For example: the Garden Fund, the Appliance Fund, or Special Projects.
