Prospect Place established in 1874

A TRADITION OF GIVING SINCE 1874
It was the vision of the founders from the Unitarian Ladies Sewing Society and friends who gave many gifts to build a home dedicated to the comfort and care to those who would come to be residents. From that time to the present, Prospect Place has benefited from the generosity of individuals and groups that support our mission.

WHY MY GIFT IS IMPORTANT
Charitable gifts help our community to be stronger financially, more affordable, and more responsive to the needs of our residents. Being a not-for-profit organization allows Prospect Place to concentrate on residents first, reinvesting all of our resources back into what's most important.

WHAT GIFT IS BEST FOR ME AND FOR
PROSPECT PLACE?
Whether it is through a memorial donation to remember a loved one, an annual gift that supports operations, or a planned gift to build the endowment, current and future residents benefit from your support!

Gifts in Memory or Honor memorialize a loved one or honor a special birthday or event.

Annual Fund Gifts provide support for the current operating budget and allow Prospect Place to be responsive to immediate and unexpected changes and needs.

Bequests, Planned Gifts and Income-Producing Gifts, for the endowment insure Prospect Place long term financial stability, moderate the fee increases paid by residents, and support resident program through the endowment spending plan.

DESIGNATING MY GIFT
