The New Hampshire Association of Residential Care Homes (NH-ARCH) is a dynamic and professional association of nearly 100 facilities within the state providing residents with assistance in daily living and activities. State of New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services Licensing
The Licensing and Regulative Services unit is administered centrally within the Office of Program Support. Field staff are generally out-stationed and responsible for provider licensing within assigned geographic areas.
